  Darren from Frost Air was the first of 6 quotes I got to replace a 25 year old ducted system in a 2 storey house.Every quote was professionally given in writing and I had confidence in all companies for the installation.
I chose Frost due the company being in business for 55 years and talking with Melissa and other office staff gave me confidence.Also the reviews are mainly very positive.Frost recommended a system with excellent energy government rebates.
The team allocated to my job were led by Matt ,ably assisted by very hard workers Krinal and  Nick.

  Had complete ducted aircon replaced. Disruption and workmanship on the day was well managed, and the system is working well. Very pleased with the product selection and the work carried out.

However, somewhat disappointed with the unecessarily- convoluted digital menu-based phone system used by Frost.
