Had complete ducted aircon replaced. Disruption and workmanship on the day was well managed, and the system is working well. Very pleased with the product selection and the work carried out. However, somewhat disappointed with the unecessarily- convoluted digital menu-based phone system used by Frost. Fantastic service from Frost Aircon — highly recommend! We recently used Frost Aircon to quote and supply a new air conditioning system, and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. From the initial quote, they provided us with lots of information and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quote was very comprehensive and gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. Once we accepted the quote, they came back out to inspect everything again and made sure the system and installation requirements were exactly as discussed. The installation was then completed exactly as they had advised — professional, prompt and with great attention to detail. The installers were friendly, easy to deal with and very professional. They cleaned everything up when they finished and took the time to show us how to use the system and make sure everything was set up correctly. It’s great to deal with a company that communicates well, does what they say they will do and takes pride in their work. We’re extremely happy with the new system and the service we received. We used Frost Air to replace our old ducted reversed cycle AC. The Frost Air team were very professional from start to finish. Darren was on time for first inspection who supplied us with good advice and a reasonable quotation to the Daiken 18KW premium as per our request. After accepting the quote the installation team came for a another site inspection to make sure every thing is in order. On the installation day everyone worked hard, professional, polite & clean. It took two days to take out the old system  & replace it with the new one. I should mention the back office first class communications. I appreciated the practical advice from the Frost Air team regarding my upgrade to a larger Fujitsu. They didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive unit; they listened to my needs and recommended a smart-control model that was surprisingly cheaper than my old unit.
